We contracted Maura to help us find an architect and finish our unit in Villas Xiguacan. From the get-go, Maura was very enthusiastic about working with us on the project. As we were unfamiliar with the process, Maura conducted an extensive architect search, interviewing, visiting past projects, following up with client references, etc. Her findings were invaluable to us in finally deciding on our architect Luis Trevino. Subsequently, Maura worked alongside Luis to oversee the day-to-day construction details and send us regular progress reports and photos. Maura made the process of building and decorating very smooth and took alot of the guesswork out of the way. We truly feel that without Maura we could not have gotten our condo finished and decorated to our taste. Working with her was a pleasure and we have developed a lasting relationship with her knowing that whatever we need we can trust Maura to get it done.

Because Maura lives and works in Zihuatanejo and speaks fluent Spanish, she has a special knowledge of and rapport with the community. Her competence and professionalism made the construction of our condo extremely easy on us while her “can do” spirit and personality made it great fun! We joke that Maura is “one stop shopping” because anything we ask of her, she finds a way to get it done! We are happy that she continues to work with us as our administrator and to be our friend.

Multi-talented with a fine eye for quality, and the resources to bring contractors and clients what they need, be it building materials, design ideas, or liaison for bilingual communications between the organizing parties, she takes the necessary action to accomplish whatever is needed for the successful completion of the project she is working on. We feel Maura is a wonderful new friend and trusted contact who continues helping us as we renovate our dream home in Mexico.
