Punta Marina
A remodeling project for a 4-bedroom villa overlooking La Ropa Beach, which the new owners discovered shortly after moving in, had been poorly constructed and experienced several years of neglect. The home had been constructed without an impermeable layer and over several heavy rains had begun to show leakage and mold spots all around the home, as well as damage from flooding. Our project team performed a complete retrofit; removed the exisiting, rotting roof, installed a layer of impermeable material and new roof above, impermeable paint layer on the exterior walls, retrofit the plumbing system and constructed a beautiful wooden eve along the exterior in order to provide shade and a system to divert the overflow of rainwater that normally flooded the interior areas.

Spyglass
8-month remodeling project on a 10-bedroom home built into the cliffside, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Our idea was to turn this large home with very squared corners into a more warm and welcoming environment that would reflect the warmth, fun and creativity that its beautiful surroundings inspired. The end result was a combined effort with local and national artisans that sent our remodeling team all over Mexico in search of unique pieces that reflected the complexity and diversity of Mexican Style.
